today is due date for ALIN 202 Task 1. i woke up this morning. washed up. and ready to go to the uni. it's a sunny bright day. i kinda love today's weather. at student learning centre, i edited my work a bit and printed out the assignment. submitted it. and walked back home. at home, i made myself 2 pieces of small pizza and a cup of hot chocolate. that's enough to make my daay :) and finally here i am. stuffed (>.<) and feeling sleepy. crap, i haven't performed Solat Zohor yet. after this, i'm gonna go up to the university hall. have to run an errand. i want to settle my house's rent and need to change the old kettle with the new one. gosh, the stupidasshole kettle always caused us problems. we had no choice but to use the pan for boiling purpose. really need to kick the kettle out of the house seriously.

bla bla bla. seriously i have no life. updating people outta there about story of freaking lame kettle? LOL. sheeshh Tina. get a life NOOB XD

hello people.
i'm quite bored and so i shall update this blog. life has been really nice to me. i have been in the highest mood these days. berkobar-kobar pulak sejak akhir2 nie. maybe because it's a hell new trimester. that's why i think?

lately, i have been trying to find jobs and so far no luck i guess. i don't really mind. i still have enough allowances to support my life. finding job is like not so important thing that not due soon. Study, assignments are my top priorities. i shall not waste any time and need stay focus on them. this Friday is the due date for Alin 202 task 1. and i'm working on it rite now tho i have no idea on how to do it. it's quite confusing. anyone wanna join the discussion about this task tomorrow?? right after the race. venue will be in the library. anything just update me on the FB okay?
what else should i be blog about?? ohh yeah. currently, i'm reading the last book of Twilight saga. the Breaking Dawn. i can't wait to finish reading it. Eclipse is awesome. and i'm hoping the last book would have a great ending as well. ♥ Jacob and Edward. great characters and make the story alive. well, i have another 400 pages to go. phew. can't wait :)
i met Laila on last Friday. told her i need an advice and a guideline for time management. having 2 days off during weekdays is quite dangerous and pretty tempting you know. i might be distracted from study and assignments and probably would waste my free time on stuff/shit like facebook, watching movies, going out, sleeping and yada yada. thankfully, Laila helped me to organize my time table. she asked me to give it a try and see whether i could stick to the timetable or not. i hope i could. it takes a strong will to keep away from facebook seriously. it's like a drug and i'm addicted to it. i will try my best to slow down a bit the facebook activity. huhu.. oh gosh, there's so much babble going on. i bet people are already fed up reading this post. hehehe..

hola people,

i'm kinda bored. So here I am, crapping as usual. Hehe.. i wanna share something on my personal life. FYI, I'm so into crime tv series like Criminal Minds, CSIs and yada yada. these tv series has caused such a huge impact on me in all aspects, emotionally and psychologically. Phew. i started to become paranoid at almost everything. i started to view people differently. especially strangers that i met everyday. i also started to believe the world around me isn't a safe place to live.

Like for example, if i saw a guy who's acting suspiciously or looking like a freak. then, i would start to ponder. questions would rise in my mind. is he a serial killer? is he a rapist? even the tiniest sound like the creaks made by a door or window could give me a fright. i would start thinking there's someone behind the door or window. Haha..So lame kan? Gila penakut aku. Huhu.. my housemates started to get very annoyed with me. bcoz i'm being such a kid and silly of course. they asked me to stop watching the Criminal minds. Huhu.. But i love the show very much :)

i'm having paranoid delusions. Huhu.. yeah, blame the crime shows. Add to this, i got to know from someone a.k.a roomie, the delusions that i have been having is called a syndrome.

Mean World Syndrome- the more people watch tv. the more they are likely to believe that the world is a dangerous place, that crime rates are high and rising and that they themselves are at risk for being a victim of a crime (EPSY 241, 2010).

pretty much scary isn't it? I pray to Allah to keep me away from those evil things. Isha Allah, i will be careful and not to become the victim of any crime. Protect me o Lord.

tapi kan? i thought about myself really hard. and i realized i love to fantasize things. Even ade someone nie told me 'Tina, ko nie jenis yang duduk dalam dunia sendiri'. i think what this person said has become a truth. i keep fantasizing that the serial killers, rapist are exist in here, here in Kelburn, in Wellington. there's no such thing rite? i'm exaggerating things rite? hurm. Somebody please bring me back to the reality.

Winter Tale 2010.

hi there.

i know this post kinda out-dated. but i don't care. by the way, it's my bloody blog kan? heheh.. so, i can update whenever i want :) So, the last Thursday, went for a ski trip to Mount Ruapehu with the Vic Muslims. it was a 3 days and 2 nights trip. overall, i spent about 200 dollars. 100 for the food, accommodation and trasportation. and another 100 for the ski. ski definitely cost a lot but i don't really mind. for me, it's like a chance once in a lifetime. ski for the 2nd time? i don't think so. the next time, if i go to Mt. Ruapehu again, i think i would just play the snow. buat snow man i guess? or just guling2 atas snow :)

5th July. Imma a year older!

hi people.

okay. today was my birthday. Happy Birthday to me. yeay! i had a blast birthday today :)
clap clap. imma a year older. a year wiser. and a year cuter. wahahah. just kidding :)

i woke up this morning by a call from Zaty (my darl). she asked me to wake up and meet her at 12.30 pm. she's gonna treat me with Momo tea :) then, i washed up. and jeng2 my housemates and Kema surprised me with a cake and spaghetti. nom nom. yummy. thanks housemates. Shud. your hand made cake was nice :) Ky. your spaghetti was yummy too :) thanks guys!

after that, went out. and met Wanie at Manners street. we both headed to meet Zaty at Momo tea. arrived there, and saw Nadiah. chatted. and ordered the drinks. i ordered Peach Nata. Zaty's treat :) :)

Zaty gave me a birthday card. auwww..thanks sayang. how sweet of you Zaty. i love it :) Nadiah also gave me a card. i opened the card and saw...........Eclipse movie ticket!!!! omgeeee...i screamed. haha..speechless..thanks Nadiah. i love your present :) we rushed to Reading cinema bcoz the Eclipse was about to start at 1pm. in the cinema, we enjoyed the movie very much. we giggled, giggled and giggled. that's what we did the whole two hours. we were mesmerized by the hotness of Jacob. auuwwww..he's HOT. Still, Edward i love your smile :)after the movie finished. chilled and played some games at Time Zone. you know, kind of place where youth hang out and kill the time (lepak sambil main games). got a text from Ecah. she asked me to go to Stadford and get the onions that we left there yesterday. so, off we went to Stadford. on the way, we did stop at Glasson, where Wanie bought her super cool leather jacket. auuww..

at Stadford, jeng jeng. another surpriseee..omgeee...i had no idea there's going to be another celebration of me. i was clueless. the onions trick worked i guess. hehe..i saw my friends Bubu, Juwe, Nik, Kema, Najwa, Farid, and Ecah (my darl) came up to me with a cake. Ecah's hand made cake. thanks roomie!! i love you to bits and pieces :) we had a feast. Juwe's fried mee hoon, coke, ice-cream, Ecah's cakes. yummy. thanks guysss :) :) i love you guys soooo much. you guys made my day sooo memorable and happy. gosh, i'm sooo gay today.

again, i wanna thank housemates, dearie friends for the surprises and celebration. i'm sooo touched. i'm soo happyy. there's no words to describe how happy i was today. for those who wished me birthday wishes. thanks again. thanks for remembering me and those wishes, moga dikabulkan Allah. Amin. thanks again :) one of the best birthdays i ever had :) gosh, i'm soo glad to be blessed with wonderful people around me. thank you Allah.

Farewell Saint Brendan's Catholic School

hello readers and bloggers,

i'm back again. so, this last part of my teaching experience is gonna be melancholic. sob sob. on the last day of TE, Me and Najwa treated the kids with some Cadbury candies. they loved it very much :) we also prepared thank you cards for Karolina, the kids and the school's principle. we gave Karolina a souvenir brought from Malaysia to show our thanks for everything :) it's a keychain with 'Beautiful Malaysia' written on it. the school even prepared a farewell feast for us. we were so touched. thank you soo muchh St. Brendan school. the food was nice :)

my TE partner, Najwa. that boy was so happy to receive candies from us :)

ok then. to wrap, TE is such a great experience for me. it made me open my eyes to the world outside there. i feel more confident when meeting new people. i don't feel shy anymore. i have gained confidence to speak English more often. and i started to like kids :) a big thank you to Victoria Uni and St. Brendan school for giving me this opportunity to experience teaching and learning process. Hopefully, the knowledge that i gained from TE will help me to become a better teacher in the future. Amin.

Saint Brendan's Catholic School Part 3

hello beautiful people.

i'm back again as i promised before. okay. let's just continue on the teaching experience thingy okay? down here is the lesson that i prepared for the kids. i taught them bout Malaysia, the people and the festivals they celebrate :)

well, on the 4rd day. we got to see the kids learning Maori language and culture. i will upload the video later kay? internet kinda slow tonite.

the kids performed Poi, a performance art in which balls are held in the hand and swung in circular patterns. interesting right?

Saint Brendan's Catholic School Part 2

hi there.

i wanna continue on my teaching experince day 3. hehe.. on day 3, we followed the Room 5 students (Year 6,7 and 8) to Upper Hutt Intermediate School. the reason is St. Brendan is a small school and doesn't have enough facilities to cater the students. so, the students will travel to this school to learn about living skills. the students are divided into 3 groups. each group will do different living skills like craft, sewing, cooking, wood technology. the kids were totally awesome. they did so well. well, honestly, i totally suck at sewing and wood technology during my school days. for instance, i pricked my finger with a needle and i accidentally hit my hand with a hammer. haha..what a clumsy person i am :)

well, let's move to another part of this post. for the 3rd day. i was asked by Karolina to teach about Malaysia. i had prepared a slide show to teach them about the people of Malaysia and festivals they celebrate. interesting right? i was nervous like hell for the whole day. my whole body was shaking and trembling i tell you. because i'm about to teach a lesson to white kids. well, you know English is their native language where as my English is not really good. huhu.. well Tina, be confident of yourself. you can do it! Kia Kaha!

my lesson was about half an hour. and i did it! i presented my lesson with explanation and provided examples to assist the student's comprehension and to widen their general knowledge. the kids seemed interested to my lesson. i feel glad. thank God. they asked me a lotsa questions, and i gave them the answers. they were so eager asking me questions about Malaysia and Islam. i feel flattered. because the kids were so interested to know about Malaysia and Islam. i hope one day they will open their heart to embrace Islam. hope that they will understand that Islam is beautiful and Islam is the way of life.
