the best of ME in 2010.

Happy New Year World! hugssss to everyone. May this year be better than the last. May 2011 will be kinder to me. i really hope 2011 has a lot to offer. so every new year, we get to start all over again. i wanna start fresh this year. aja!

2010 has left us already. sobs. i bid you goodbye 2010. how time flies. isn't? i still couldn't believe it. it seems so yesterday all the things that ever happened to me. so i'm gonna take a trip down memory lane to reminisce the best of me in 2010.

Best things happened to me:

1. flying to New Zealand. A proud student of Victoria University of Wellington. the farthest i have been away from my family and tanah tumpah darahku, Malaysia.

2. explored the Wellington City. been to Kapiti, Mt. Vic, Island Bay, Palmy and so much more.

3. took part in the Asian Festival. it was my first time ever performing Chinese dance steps. it was an awesome experience for me. performing in front of the Kiwi. kinda cool you know.

4. celebrated my 21 birthday by watching Eclipse movie with the darlings. also, my friends even surprised me with a birthday party. thanks guys.

5. experienced all the four season in Wellington. my fav season is Spring and i hate Winter the most. freezing to death i tell ya.

6. have been on trips to Mt. Ruapehu, Rotorua, Auckland, Sydney, Christchurch and Queenstown.

7. tried bungy jumping, swoop, sky swing and played ski for the very first time.

8. bought an Ipod Touch and a Netbook.

9. joined Usrah. learned precious things. met with a lot of wonderful people. feel blessed.

10. my first time ever fasting in oversea. it was a great experience for me. had to cook my own dishes, sahur and break fast with friends instead of family. well, i did miss my family somehow.

11. my first time ever to celebrate Raya in oversea and without family. again. turns out it wasn't really horrible at all. open houses here and there. cool friends to hang out with, Rendang, Ketupat, Raya cookies. i have to admit, i kinda forgot my family back in Malaysia for a while.

12. worked as a cleaner during summer. thrilled by the fact that i was able to earn my own money.

13. 31/12/2010 11.00 p.m. first time ever, we celebrated Syamil's 22nd birthday at Oriental Harbour.

Well Done Tigers! Auummmm.

Boys, you guys have made our country so proud and silenced all the critics being thrown at the squad for the past few years. Love you boys. what can i say, you are the KING of Asean :)

yeah, take that Indo! we have put up with you, your media, your nation for quite a while. this is a payback after all bad things that you all have been doing to our country. the flags burning. the false accusations, jealousy, boos and jeers. whatever kay? because we WON! yeay! hurrah!

look guys. try to clear something here. it's just a football for goodness sake. there's no need at all to make such chaos and noises. you guys beat us 5-1 the other day and we only defeated you guys on 4-2 aggregate je okay? come on. it's fair and square. don't be childish okay? peace for all the mankind :)

since i have one job at the moment. you can tell that i'm all free and always be at home. so, in order to make my life less suck i've been doing movie/tv series-marathon. wanna know what i have been watching recently?

oh wait up. let's pray for our boys' victory tonight. Go Tigers! auuuuummm. Go kick the Garuda ass.

okay here the list goes,

Do Dooni Chaar. a comedy Hindi movie which portrays themes of family and life. i had a big LOL watching this movie. the story is about a school teacher and his family who struggle to buy a car. along the journey to achieve their dream, they encounter a lot of problems. but they all stand together as one family and back each other up. this movie is worth watching i tell ya. rating 4/5

Supernatural season 1-5. man, i still can't get enough with these series. the plot was crap i tell ya. helloo, angels disobeyed? Dean and Sam have died so many times yet they are still alive again? that's bull. haha. anyhoo, the Winchester brothers is IRRESISTIBLE. i mean who doesn't fall for cute and HOT dudes who hunt monsters and even kill angels? hella, i'm IN. totally. rating 5/5the Mentalist season 1. hurm. the plot was okay. has got some humour too. but i still think CSIs and Criminal minds are much more interesting and worth watching than this. i mean they have like more shooting scenes and so-called conflicts. anyhoo, Patrick Jane is quite dashing in this show. i like it when he smiled. rating 3/5

finally. Easy A. the movie that got me ROFL. Emma Stone rocks in this movie. i couldn't stop laughing you know when Olive was doing the fake sex with her gay friend. BLOL. i seriously had fun watching this movie. haha. don't get me wrong. this is no porno movie okay? this is a chick flick that tells about lies, rumours, bffs and on. rating 4/5

i'm so gonna hate FB from now on. seriously, FB is getting a lot on my nerves. the truth is, i feel like crying. i was ditched. by THEM. and it feels only God knows. i'm so very hurt. damn.

i bought a new laptop yesterday. hurrah? i don't think so. well, to be exact a netbook. a HP brand. my previous lappy dah KO. yeay. super GREAT. sobsss. so yesterday, went to Harvey Norman since it was boxing day. without thinking even further about the future and on. i just bought a new lappy. tadaa!

DIE.CRAP. trip to North Island is in January. duit keluar macam air je kan?. sigh. i need 2nd and 3rd job i think. it's time to buck up. no more money will be spent on CLOTHES, BUBBLE TEA, GLORIA JEANS, NANDOS, and so on. Tina darling. you can do this girl. i know the outside world can be pretty tempting. Tina, you must not get easily distracted by those sale signs. man, you really need to keep your head held high. huh. i wish.

I wish for an Apple.

Boy oh boy. Seriously, I'm really worried about my sleeping patterns nowadays. I have been suffering from insomnia these days. I usually all awake the whole entire night and will only fall to sleep after the sunrise which around 6 or 7 am. Damn. I miss my normal sleep time. Yet, there is one thing that have been upsetting me these days. I think my 3 years old laptop is pretty worn out already. So screw me. How on earth am I going to get a new laptop for myself? My current savings can't afford to buy me a laptop. Oh God help me. Huhu. Please please my dear lappy. Be nice to me kay? Sigh. Gosh, today was the tiring day ever. Worked for almost 4 hours but seemed like forever. Hate doing the ironing and the beds. Sigh. I have no choice I guess. Not working which means no money. Sigh again. Have to save up in case my lappy will ruin someday. Well fingers crossed that won't happen I hope. I mean I sayang giler kat my lappy tue tau. It was a gift from my late nenek. that's why I really value it. Oh well, I have been eyeing Macbook Air lately. man, I'm totally in love with that thang seriously. K gotta go. Ciao!

4. i want Britney Spearssssss fragrance, i could’t get enough with myself. i want moreeee. i don’t care how much money will be wasted. i just want BRITNEY! fullstop. dang. the 6 days SALE is driving me crazy. LOL

So Long South Island.

okie dookie. this is the last day of our trip. so, boohooo. we headed back to Christchurch as our flight back to Wellington was the next day.

we kicked off at around 10 am. okay, the first stop was a scenic lookout which i forgot the name of this place. but one thing that i know, this place is freaking colddddd. brrrr.

the next stop was Lake Wanaka.

Girls just wanna have FUN.

next, about 5 minutes from Lake Wanaka, we visited the very famous NZ Puzzling World. we tried the Great Maze.

then we entered the Illusion Rooms.

Tumbling Towers of Puzzling World. we loved this place! had so much fun here.

we continued our journey. we came across this amazing place. sungai ape ntah? but this place is soo cool. a river surrounded by lavender. only can be found in NZ. betul ker statement nie? *smile*

an unknown place for us. but the view was nice.

jalan-jalan lagi. stopped at Salmon Farm. we'd like to try the experience of feeding the salmon fish. it's free!

stopped by at Lake Pukaki. oh God, it looks like a painting right? this lake is perfect for photo-taking.

so, we arrived Christchurch after sunset. overnight at Wan Zanariah's house. the next day, we did a little shopping at the city centre and caught our flight at 4 pm. so long South Island. indeed the best trip so far. thank you Allah for everything.

Queenstown the next day.

on day 6, we went for some adrenaline-pumping activities. we tried Kawarau jetboat. price ticket was only 87 dollar. way cheap. booked the tickets first at our backpackers and boarded the boat at Queenstown pier.

with extreme speed, the driver performed us a very scary move such as this boat spin 360 degrees and stopped. cool huh?

plus, we got to see the scenic views of Lake Wakatipu.

the ride lasted for 30 minutes. i was like hell dizzy but still control muka. LOL

after jet-boating experience, now it's the boys turn to try bungee jumping. we need to take Skyline gondola to the top to get to their bungee place. no offense. but the ride was so bored and slow.

thankfully, when we arrived at the top, we were greeted with magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountain ranges. atleast, kira berbaloi lah naik gondola tue :P

Queenstown Day 5.

on day 5, we drove to the city to visit some garage sale recommended by Tajul. turns out that it was Anglican market. a garage sale that meant to raise donation for the church. so, we just looked around and camwhoring.

after Anglican market, we drove away from the city centre to Arrowtown, which is about 20 km from the city if i'm not mistaken. on the way to Arrowtown, we were greeted by this beautiful place. Kawarau river i think? we couldn't help it but to stop by and took pictures :)

arrived in Arrowtown. it was drizzling at the time. heck like we cared so much about the weather. haha. this town reminds me of cowboy movie.

Arrowtown is a historic gold mining town. loved this shop. displayed lots of cute thingy for girls.

camwhoring as usual. i don't know why? this place reminds me of Macau so much. yeah right, like i've ever been to Macau before. LOL only seen it in telly.

oh i just love this town. the buildings and the shops really amused me.

after Arrowtown, drove back to Queenstown city centre. browsed all the shops there.

i just love this city. small city and yet macam-macam adaaaa.

later, we went to Queenstown harbour. camwhoring and chilling there.
